Purely Picked Co.
At Purely Picked Co., every piece is made by hand — one stitch at a time, just for you. Because of this, we want you to love what you receive, and we've designed our return policy to be as fair and hassle-free as possible while reflecting the handmade, small-batch nature of our products.
30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most ready-made items. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item must have any original tags attached
- You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
To start a return, contact us at angelafaye.rose@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we'll provide instructions on where to send your item.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Because many of our pieces — including custom colors, sizes, and personalized orders — are crocheted specifically for you after you place your order, custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies as custom, check your order confirmation or reach out to us before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect every piece before it ships, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at angelafaye.rose@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and any damage
- A brief description of the issue
We'll happily send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice — no return shipping required for damaged or defective items.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom or made-to-order pieces (color, size, or design customizations)
- Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout
- Gift cards
- Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery
How to Start a Return
- Email us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for approval — we'll confirm your return is eligible and send you a return shipping address
- Pack securely — place the item in its original packaging where possible to prevent damage in transit
- Ship it back — customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Refund processed — once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status
Returns sent without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to confirm we've received your item. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to officially post
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at angelafaye.rose@gmail.com.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color instead of a refund? The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund.
International Orders
If you're returning an item from outside the country of origin, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or international shipping fees associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
