Processing Time
Every item we sell is handmade. Please allow [X–X business days] for your order to be crocheted, inspected, and packed before it ships. Custom orders may require additional processing time, as noted on the product page.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Orders within the U.S. over $65 qualify for free standard shipping.
Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Destinations

International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Purely Picked Co. is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows a delivery issue or your package arrives damaged, please contact us atangelafaye.rose@gmail.com within [X days] of the delivery date so we can assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Multiple Items & Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability and production timelines. You will be notified if your order is split into multiple shipments.
